LED Power Supply
They got rid of the capacitor, which increases the reliability of the LED Power Supply. And potted it so you can't tell what's inside. A capacitor is a storage device that is one of the challenging areas of power supply design for reliability. Basically two metal plates with an insulator between them with a liquid. And they can pop!
